Kathy joined BHGRE The Shanahan Group as a real estate sales associate after a career in real estate law.  Among other tasks, her career included reviewing acquisition and sale documents for the sale or purchase of real estate projects.  Her knowledge and experience are invaluable in helping sellers and buyers navigate the ever-changing real estate market. Kathy employs a collaborative strategy with her clients, listening to their specific needs and wants.  She works diligently on her clients' behalf, providing concierge services from start to finish.

Kathy volunteered for several years with Horizons for Homeless Children volunteering for women transitioning from homelessness to affordable housing and with Mystic Valley Elder Services and The Food Drive.  She is a Notary Public and provides this service to anyone in need of a notary for no charge.

Kathy is a graduate of Northeastern University and currently lives in Marblehead.
